- •General Matter is seeking a Construction Planner/Scheduler to plan and schedule projects, track progress, and provide critical decision-making information to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- •This role supports the EPC group in designing, planning, and executing company infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead site infrastructure planning and scheduling for various projects.
- •Develop and manage a comprehensive Basis of Schedule (BOS) document.
- •Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource loading.
- •Identify schedule risks and lead contingency development.
- •Track and summarize schedule performance with project controls and finance teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- •Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- •Experience with construction means and methods across various disciplines.
- •Ability to lead planning and progressing meetings.
- •Familiarity with software systems like Aconex, Oracle Unifer, Bluebeam, CAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
