  • Paytm is seeking a high-impact partnerships manager to drive growth through strategic online merchant partnerships.
  • This role involves new merchant acquisition, strategic account management, commercial negotiations, and business growth ownership.
  • Key Responsibilities Identify, acquire, and onboard high-potential online merchants and ecosystem partners.
  • Own end-to-end partnership execution including sourcing, pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and business leaders across partner organizations.
  • Own key business metrics including transactions, market share, user growth, and profitability.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
  • Requirements 6–10 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, Growth, or Category Management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and scaling strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
