- •Fam is seeking a hands-on Chartered Accountant to manage core controllership functions, including statutory audits, financial reporting, month-end close, and tax compliance.
- •This is an execution-heavy, individual-contributor role requiring full ownership of deliverables and meticulous attention to detail.
- •Key Responsibilities Own statutory audits end-to-end, acting as the primary finance point of contact for auditors.
- •Lead the transition to Ind AS, preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- •Manage month-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting with documented inputs.
- •Handle investor relations and MIS reporting, preparing periodic investor decks and performance dashboards.
- •Oversee direct and indirect tax risk, filings, and statutory compliance.
- •Requirements Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in controllership, audit, or financial reporting.
- •Demonstrated experience handling statutory audits with Big 4 or comparable firms.
- •Strong Ind AS proficiency with practical application to standalone and consolidated financials.
- •Hands-on experience with investor relations and MIS reporting.
- •Experience managing direct and indirect tax risk and coordinating filings.
