Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer

Lead DevOps Engineer for SaaS product deployment and operationalization.

• •Ethos is seeking a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the deployment and operationalization of their SaaS products across various customer environments.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable, multi-tenant infrastructure using GitOps and immutable artifacts.
• •Utilize AI coding and agentic tools for IaC authoring, pipeline development, and toil reduction.
• •Build and harden CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment delivery, including disconnected workflows.
• •Establish SLOs, drive incident response, and reduce MTTR and change failure rate.
• •Integrate supply-chain security, secrets management, and baseline hardening.
• •Requirements Experience architecting, implementing, and running secure, scalable infrastructure.
• •Proficiency with AI coding and agentic tools for DevOps workflows.
• •Experience with CI/CD, multi-environment delivery, and disconnected/air-gapped workflows.
• •Strong understanding of observability, reliability, and security best practices.
