- •This role focuses on adapting and scaling the Neko CRM program to the US market, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving performance parity with the EU.
- •Key Responsibilities Adapt and launch core EU CRM journeys for the US market.
- •Achieve performance parity with EU benchmarks for activation and rebooking.
- •Build and maintain a US-specific communications library, ensuring zero compliance violations.
- •Lead CCPA/CPRA consent management and preference center strategy for US customers.
- •Requirements 5-10 years in CRM, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing in the US market.
- •Deep expertise in US comms regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA).
- •Hands-on journey-building experience in a CRM/marketing automation platform.
- •Ability to partner with Legal/Compliance on messaging and workflows.
