About the role
TL;DR
Develop and maintain Health & Safety framework for Field Technicians.
- •As our Central H&S Coordinator, you'll develop and maintain our Health & Safety framework, ensuring every Technician can work safely every day.
- •Key Responsibilities Developing and managing H&S processes across all markets Driving the Safety Roadmap and strategic initiatives Bridging Legal and Field Operations Managing the Tools & Safety Gear lifecycle Coordinating H&S Training & Audits Acting as the central H&S point of contact Driving Safety OKRs & reporting Requirements 2 years of experience in Health & Safety, operational risk, or a similar coordination role A process-oriented mindset Regulatory awareness Training and audit experience Knowledge of tools and PPE management Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Data-driven and systems-oriented Fluent English (our working language) A strong safety mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
