• •Wolt is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the People Apps & Automation team.
• •This team builds internal applications and automation to enhance the employee experience across DoorDash and Wolt.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers.
• •Own the technical direction and delivery of internal applications.
• •Partner with Product, HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• •Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
• •Foster an AI-first engineering culture.
• •Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience, building scalable production systems.
• •Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• •Strong full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, and Python.
