- •You will partner closely with various departments to ensure initiatives align with business goals, stay on schedule, and remain within budget.
- •This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and can transform ambiguous initiatives into well-defined programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, from scoping through launch.
- •Define scopes, schedules, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
- •Track progress against milestones and reallocate resources as needed.
- •Spot and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks.
- •Define KPIs and report on program health to leadership.
- •Requirements 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
- •Technical fluency and ability to translate technical concepts.
- •Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or Linear.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
