• •Key Responsibilities Automate customer support workflows and minimize resolution times.
• •Optimize distribution partnerships to maximize cash flow and minimize risk.
• •Accelerate revenue collection by minimizing the time from ARR to realized revenue.
• •Build scalable solutions including automation powered by LLMs, analytics pipelines, and new internal systems.
• •Requirements Strong T-shaped generalist with exceptional problem-solving and systems thinking ability.
• •Intellectually curious with a growth mindset, able to tackle novel challenges with CS fundamentals and first principles thinking.
• •Strong engineering/quantitative aptitude or willingness to learn quickly.
• •Ability to move across abstraction levels and thrive in ambiguity, with strong stakeholder management skills.
