About the role
Drive customer deployments for Gecko’s AI-powered data platform.
- •Gecko’s Deployment Leads are the driving force behind delivering Cantilever—our AI-powered data platform—into the hands of customers.
- •This role sits at the critical intersection of customer value, product strategy, and execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary owner of 1–2 high-impact customer deployments, acting as the bridge between Gecko’s platform and customer business value.
- •Partner closely with Product Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers to define what should be built, why it matters, and how to ensure it lands successfully.
- •Engage directly with customer stakeholders—at all levels—to uncover high-value problems and maintain strong relationships, even in challenging situations.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in roles such as product management, strategic account management, consulting, business development, or program delivery
- •ideally with a blend of these that shows you can flex across strategic thinking, customer engagement, and execution.
- •Demonstrated success managing complex deployments or initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- •Proven ability to identify and prioritize high-value business problems, even in industries or domains you’re new to.
