Research Manager

The Research Manager acts as a domain expert, bridging researchers and technologists to build AI-driven research automation tools.

• •We’re hiring a Research Manager to join our Bangalore office and act as the domain expert bridging researchers and technologists.
• •As an RM, you’ll lead end-to-end survey research projects while working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to translate research best practices into scalable, automated workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on survey research, questionnaire design, data processing, and reporting Partner with Product & Engineering to define requirements and workflows for AI-powered research tools Translate research best practices into product features and AI-driven capabilities Requirements 5+ years of Market Research experience with proven ownership of full survey lifecycle Strong knowledge of questionnaire design, sampling, and methodologies Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
