Senior Backend Engineer - Growth

• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve our data integration infrastructure Build the connective tissue between Growth's external tools and internal systems Partner closely with the broader Growth team to translate fast-moving priorities into well-scoped, executable engineering work Balance velocity with system health Work across our full product stack as needed Requirements 5+ years of production software experience Data & experimentation infrastructure experience Demonstrated ability to weigh technical tradeoffs between velocity and system health Experience translating ambiguous product requirements into scoped, well-defined work units History of working closely with a strong PM on a user-facing team An understanding of the highly iterative nature of Growth/top-of-funnel work
