About the role
The Fund Operations Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and manage complex post-onboarding operations.
- •To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate Operations professional who wants to play a pivotal role in scaling our business and revolutionising the private markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding and act as the main point of contact for Account Managers during post-onboarding.
- •Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- •Be part of the execution of complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting.
- •Collaborate with module owners and own projects to improve workflows that enhance the quality and speed of delivery.
- •Requirements You have gained 3+ years of experience in dynamic environments like consulting, VC, or law, where you developed a skillset in project management and handled tight deadlines.
- •Knowledge of fund services and operations or experience in fund law, including a key understanding of fund structures, the ability to review LPAs and identify key (economical) terms.
- •Strong client-first attitude and experience communicating with customers.
- •Excellent communication skills for cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates.
- •Curiosity and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimisation.
