Onboard new craft partners, train them on processes and tools, and ensure a successful start.

• •As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new craft partners through Enpal's processes and digital tools.
• •You will ensure they have a successful start and are well-equipped to collaborate with Enpal.
• •Key Responsibilities Conduct onboarding sessions for new craft partners.
• •Train partners on workflows, processes, and quality standards.
• •Support partners in successfully starting their collaboration.
• •Answer questions regarding processes, requirements, and working methods.
• •Create and manage user accounts and system access.
• •Requirements 1-2 years of professional experience in a commercial/technical environment.
• •Experience in onboarding, training, customer success, or operations.
• •Strong communication and presentation skills.
