Director of Strategy & Bizops

Drive strategy and operational rigor across Customer Ops, Worker Ops, and cross-functional teams.

• •Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategy, operational rigor, and execution across Customer Ops, Worker Ops, and cross-functional teams to scale the business.
• •Key Responsibilities Own serviceability metrics (fill rate, retention, launch performance) and drive operational improvements.
• •Identify and solve high-impact operational challenges from diagnosis through execution.
• •Build processes, tooling, controls, and playbooks to support rapid growth and reduce manual overhead.
• •Partner across Customer Ops, Worker Ops, Growth, Finance, and Product to drive marketplace and account performance.
• •Requirements Strong analytical discipline with data modeling and structured problem solving.
• •Executive presence and boardroom-ready communication skills.
• •Comfortable with hands-on execution across ops, recruiting, and product environments.
• •Proactive strategic thinking, planning 6–12 months ahead.
