- •Key Responsibilities Own Kaizen's content engine end-to-end across video, podcast, written, and visual formats Define and document the brand strategy, voice, and visual guidelines Produce video and podcast content that brings the mission, our customers, and our team to life Requirements 5 -10 years of brand and content design experience at a scaling tech company A portfolio that demonstrates range across video, brand systems, marketing collateral, and digital touch-points Hands-on fluency with video and content production
