• •Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join their team.
• •This role will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions and building sophisticated data models.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• •Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data science solutions.
• •Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to measure impact.
• •Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• •Requirements Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• •Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
