- •Tomo is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist with month-end close and manage complex general ledger accounting functions.
- •This role focuses on technical accounting with operational support in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- •Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries and perform GL, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
- •Maintain fixed asset schedules and manage lease accounting entries (ASC 842).
- •Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- •Document and improve accounting processes and procedures.
- •Requirements 4+ years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience.
- •Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, fixed asset, lease accounting, and accrual accounting.
- •Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
