• •Ship quickly, iterate based on feedback, and refine the product weekly with customer access.
• •Own end-to-end project execution across frontend, backend, and deployment.
• •Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams.
• •Requirements Software engineering experience, including building and shipping production systems end-to-end.
• •Strong product intuition and experience partnering with design/product on user workflows.
• •Strong systems thinking for designing reliable, maintainable software.
• •Experience in fast-moving startups or high-ownership environments.
