Design mobile-first AI-enabled healthcare products.
- •Design mobile-first AI-enabled healthcare products that reduce nurses' admin burden and improve frontline workflows, from discovery through implementation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a core product area and shape its design direction.
- •Design end-to-end mobile flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI.
- •Conduct on-site user research and iterate based on real workflows.
- •Partner closely with Product and Engineering to implement designs.
- •Requirements Strong interaction and visual design skills; mobile-first experience.
- •Fluent in Figma and comfortable using AI tools for prototyping.
- •Experience designing for non-tech-native users (Android + iOS patterns).
- •Fluent in English and German; strong user research and communication skills.
