Strategy & Operations Intern

Support the GM in defining strategic priorities and driving key business initiatives.

• •Aircall is seeking a Strategy & Operations Intern to support the General Manager in defining strategic priorities, conducting market research, and driving key business initiatives.
• •Key Responsibilities Support the GM in defining quarterly and annual strategic priorities and OKRs.
• •Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling.
• •Track key KPIs, surface performance insights, and maintain business dashboards.
• •Lead or co-own cross-functional projects from scoping to execution.
• •Prepare materials for leadership meetings and act as a problem-solver for the GM.
• •Requirements Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics or similar.
• •Strong analytical abilities with comfort in Google Sheets (SQL/BI tools are a plus).
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Demonstrated ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
