Owns data foundations, system logic, and attribution design for growth marketing.
- •Culture Amp is seeking a Principal Systems & Data Analyst to own the data foundations, system logic, and attribution design for their growth marketing function.
- •This is a hands-on role focused on making the modern marketing stack trustworthy and influential.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement a new attribution model or tool for the growth-marketing funnel.
- •Define field standards, deduplication rules, and data quality SLAs across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- •Map and improve end-to-end data flows across HubSpot, Salesforce, and adjacent systems.
- •Own source-of-truth definitions for customer and account data.
- •Document data definitions, standards, and reporting logic.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in marketing or revenue analytics, attribution modeling, or data analysis in a B2B SaaS environment.
- •Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce data models.
- •Experience evaluating and implementing attribution tools or models.
- •Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
- •Experience using AI tools to analyze data quality.
