TL;DR
Lead People Operations, owning HRIS, processes, and data for global employee lifecycle.
- •We're looking for a People Operations Lead to build and own the systems, data, and processes that power the employee lifecycle at ElevenLabs.
- •You will be the owner of our HRIS, designing lean, AI-powered processes for onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding that scale globally.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the configuration, data integrity, integrations, and reporting for our HRIS.
- •Design and implement lean, AI-powered processes for onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
- •Build reporting layers for accurate, real-time insights on headcount, cost, and workforce trends.
- •Evaluate and implement case management tooling, clean up data models, and automate manual HR work using AI.
- •Ensure sound judgment on data privacy, employment compliance, and payroll governance across global jurisdictions.
- •Requirements Deep hands-on experience building and scaling an AI-powered global People Operations team and processes across multiple countries.
- •HRIS and case management tool experience (e.g.
- •Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, ServiceNow).
- •Experience in partnering with Deel as an EOR provider.
- •Strong analytical skills to turn messy people data into reliable reporting and insight.
- •Experience identifying and implementing process or tooling improvements, including applying AI to reduce manual People Operations work.
