Manage and grow enterprise accounts to drive renewals and expansion of AI engineering products.
- •Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive renewals and expansion of Cognition's engineering AI products, working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to maximize customer value.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts Drive revenue through renewals and expansion, owning quota Identify and execute expansion across teams, use cases, and business units Work with engineering, procurement, and legal stakeholders to navigate organizations Partner with AEs and cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes Requirements 3+ years in enterprise sales, account management, or sales engineering Experience managing technical, client-facing relationships in enterprise settings Proven track record driving renewals and expansion revenue Technical acumen to understand complex technical problems Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
