• •This role will be the technical heartbeat of their portal, turning strategic goals into functional workflows, clean data, and seamless user experiences for global teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Administer HubSpot, managing configuration, user permissions, and system health.
• •Build complex workflows, custom properties, and automated sequences.
• •Own end-to-end HubSpot projects from scoping to implementation.
• •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounting to identify new use cases.
• •Provide training and documentation for HubSpot users.
• •Requirements 5+ years of hands-on, multi-Hub admin experience with paid versions of HubSpot.
• •Proficiency in Miro for process mapping and Notion for project management.
• •Technical confidence to suggest more efficient architectural paths.
