- •Netradyne is seeking a Senior L1 IT Service Desk Engineer to lead technical support and manage infrastructure incidents.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level technical support for end-user and infrastructure-related incidents.
- •Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to various operating systems and cloud platforms.
- •Administer and support Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, support, or operations roles.
- •Advanced understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD administration.
