• •You will be the driving force behind our paid acquisition strategy in Italy, ensuring we reach the right audience through a mix of technical precision and creative experimentation.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise paid channels with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta.
• •Own the reporting cycle, turning complex data sets into actionable learnings.
• •Initiate and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks, focusing on Landing Page performance and CRO.
• •Work closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to produce high-performing assets.
• •Implement strategies to scale the business in Italy, maintaining a balance between aggressive volume growth and efficiency.
• •Requirements At least 2-3 years in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling businesses.
• •Native Italian speaker with Fluent English skills.
• •Highly organised, process-driven, and "hands-on" mindset.
