TL;DR
Create and prototype content ideas rapidly for a fashion tech company.
- •We are seeking a resourceful In-House Creator to join our team in Brooklyn, NY.
- •You will be central to Doji's content engine, rapidly prototyping ideas and developing briefs for our external creator network.
- •Key Responsibilities Ideate content concepts across TikTok, IG, and Reels.
- •Prototype ideas quickly, including same-day for trending moments.
- •Build and maintain our reference library of organic UGC and examples.
- •Create shootable briefs for external creators.
- •Liaise with external creators, providing direction and feedback.
- •Requirements Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- •Ability to move fast and prioritize speed alongside polish.
- •Wide creative range and fashion + culture fluency.
- •Comfort focusing on Doji's content needs over personal virality.
- •Ability to identify creative talent.
