• •Osmo is seeking a highly detail-oriented Raw Material Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement operations and ensure the uninterrupted supply of the high-quality ingredients that define our fragrances.
• •Key Responsibilities Execute purchase orders for raw materials based on production schedules and supplier lead times.
• •Maintain regular communication with domestic and international suppliers.
• •Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs while avoiding excess inventory.
• •Requirements 1+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, procurement support, or administrative operations.
• •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or a related field.
• •Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
