- •Prosper is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Credit Risk Analytics team.
- •You will build and deploy predictive models, shape credit risk strategy, and directly impact business value.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and deploy machine learning models for credit and fraud risk management.
- •Develop credit and fraud strategies using complex data sources to improve credit performance.
- •Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- •Monitor credit risk models and extract actionable insights.
- •Assess new machine learning algorithms and features from diverse data providers.
- •Requirements 2-3+ years of experience in fintech, finance, or a related field applying statistical and machine learning techniques.
- •Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D.) in a technical field.
- •Expert knowledge of Python and SQL.
- •Solid understanding of coding best practices, model documentation, and ML ops principles.
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills.
