- •You’ll work to ensure our payroll expenses and taxes are paid correctly and on time.
- •Our ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration and deep knowledge of payroll regulations.

- •Your goal will be to ensure our payroll procedures are compliant, efficient and current.
- •Job Location: Bangalore Respnsibilities Responsible for all Payroll related operations with accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
- •Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- •Coordinate with the payroll vendor for Salary and flexi pay process and reports.
- •Collating all inputs that includes New Joiners, attendance, Bonuses, One-Time payments, revision, recoveries, etc that is required for monthly payroll and FnF.
- •Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll data through the inhouse Payroll representative.
- •Ensuring the statutory dues like TDS, PF, PT, ESI, etc are remitted on time.
- •Updating every salary change in the internal CTC master trackers along with effective dates.
- •Keeping track of future payouts and validating the payments during accruals of the amounts Skills A keen eye for detail.
- •An analytical mind and good math skills.
- •Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
- •Organizational and leadership skills.
- •Experience and Qualifications Any graduate degree. 2 to 4 yrs of relevant experience in Payroll and Compliance & related roles catering to India and other countries.
- •Proven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role (especially in a payroll agency).
- •Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
- •Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
- •Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS/ Agencies (e.g.
- •DarwinBox, Excelity, Allsec, Ascent) and MS Office (especially Excel).
