Help customers adopt and scale Fin's suite for business success.
- •As a Scaled Customer Success Manager, you'll help customers adopt and embed Fin's suite at scale, extracting real value and scaling processes for more reliable business success.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive broad product adoption, focusing on Fin and AI-powered features.
- •Design, implement, and iterate on engagement strategies and playbooks.
- •Own implementation and onboarding conversations for customers.
- •Monitor usage and health signals, identifying risks and opportunities.
- •Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Education, and Product teams.
- •Act as the Voice of the Customer, feeding insights back into the product roadmap.
- •Help define what 'Scaled CS' means, building processes and tools.
- •Requirements 2-4+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS / technology / product success.
- •Strong interest in / experience with AI & automation support tools.
