About the role
TL;DR
Designs and automates security and compliance controls for enterprise messaging infrastructure.
- •Sent is seeking a highly technical Compliance Engineer to join their engineering team in Prishtina.
- •This role focuses on designing and automating security and compliance controls to ensure the platform is secure and audit-ready, supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain compliance initiatives including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
- •Design and automate security and compliance controls across infrastructure and engineering workflows.
- •Develop automated evidence collection processes and compliance monitoring tools.
- •Collaborate with engineering teams to implement secure development practices.
- •Support internal and external audits by coordinating evidence and documentation.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in Compliance Engineering, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or Cloud Security.
- •Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar compliance frameworks.
- •Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- •Experience automating security or compliance controls using scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash).
- •Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 proficiency required).
