Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • As a Sales Manager at Array, you will lead, mentor and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass direct sales goals.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of up to 10 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success.
  • Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Lead hiring efforts for team expansion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve results.
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, analyze, and execute faster.
  • Requirements Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs.
  • Diligent forecasting methodologies to exceed sales targets.
