Sustaining Engineer - Modeling

• •This role involves analyzing and resolving complex issues within Aera's Cognitive OS.
• •Key Responsibilities Prioritize and document reported problems, triaging and remediating high-priority issues and bugs.
• •Deep dive into issues, analyze them, and identify solutions, proposing code fixes to the development team.
• •Proactively manage multiple high-priority threads and develop a broad understanding of Aera's technical architecture.
• •Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related area. 5+ years of experience in Java and experience with SQL.
• •Ability to analyze root causes by examining log files.
