- •This role is part of the Sales organization and sits at the commercial center of air up's omnichannel setup.
- •You will work closely across Offline Retail, D2C, and Amazon teams to drive profitable growth by identifying and activating tactical and strategic levers.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop a data-driven framework to evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI across all channels.
- •Define winning assortments per channel and implement clear channel gating principles.
- •Continuously review and evolve the Pack-Price Architecture (PPA).
- •Build and embed a robust Gross-to-Net (GTN) framework to optimize trade investment.
- •Requirements Experience in pricing and commercial strategy, with a focus on driving profitable growth.
- •Strong analytical skills to evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize trade spend.
- •Ability to partner closely with various teams including channel leads, KAMs, and Product Organization.
- •Experience in developing and evolving Pack-Price Architecture (PPA).
