Lead a sales team for an AI-powered advertising platform, driving targets and merchant success.
- •Pi Commerce is an AI-powered advertising platform that helps local businesses acquire new customers through Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- •As a Team Lead, you will guide a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and ensure effective digital advertising solutions for SMBs.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives selling Pi Commerce.
- •Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- •Monitor calling productivity, demos, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and conversions.
- •Conduct regular call audits and provide coaching to improve team performance.
- •Train team members on product knowledge, Meta Ads basics, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- •Requirements 3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, SMB Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Ad Sales, or Sales Team Management.
- •Experience leading Inside Sales or Telesales teams.
- •Experience managing teams selling Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- •Experience selling Digital Marketing or Lead Generation solutions to SMBs.
