  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the founders to expand upon an existing playbook and expand Kaizen across other verticals in government.
  • Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of BDRs, AEs, and RFP specialists.
  • Establish core processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Dissect every part of our sales motion to identify opportunities to increase conversion and shorten deal cycles.
  • Requirements Experienced sales leader with SLED experience.
  • Experience leading field sales motions for software.
