- •Kaizen Labs is seeking its first sales leader to build scalable sales processes and grow the team.
- •The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the founders to expand upon an existing playbook and expand Kaizen across other verticals in government.
- •Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of BDRs, AEs, and RFP specialists.
- •Establish core processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- •Dissect every part of our sales motion to identify opportunities to increase conversion and shorten deal cycles.
- •Requirements Experienced sales leader with SLED experience.
- •Experience leading field sales motions for software.
