Forward Deployed Engineer (Integrations)

Technical ownership role focused on customer integration and debugging.

• •You'll work directly with customers to get Firecrawl integrated, running, and scaling inside their products.
• •This is a technical ownership role with a customer face, focused on writing code and debugging systems to turn customer needs into shipped solutions.
• •Key Responsibilities Own technical integration delivery for priority customers.
• •Write TypeScript/Node.js code to build, customize, and debug integrations.
• •Debug complex real-world issues live with customers.
• •Build reusable solutions and playbooks for repeatable wins.
• •Translate customer friction into product and engineering insights.
• •Requirements Strong TypeScript/Node.js engineering skills with experience building integrations.
• •Experience with payments (e.g., Stripe) and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• •Solid backend and data fundamentals.
