• •Key Responsibilities Acquire new potential customers for Agicap in the DACH market through targeted outbound and strategic prospecting activities Conduct conversations with CFOs, finance leaders, and business executives, identify pain points, and generate interest in our solution Qualify leads and schedule high-quality demos for our account executives Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and sales operations to sustainably grow our pipeline Requirements Completed studies, e.g., in Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or similar fields; initial sales experience is a plus Fluent in German and English Hands-on mentality Interest in measuring your success based on goals and KPIs to achieve top performance quickly Competitive and goal-oriented personality with the motivation to achieve visible success through strong performance
