Deployment Strategist

• •Deployment Strategists are the tip of the spear at Pryzm: the people who sit at the intersection of software, strategy, and mission.
• •This is not a traditional implementation role.
• •You will embed directly with our customers in the national security and federal technology space, learn their hardest problems, and build the workflows, analyses, and operational capabilities that transform how they work.
• •Key Responsibilities Embed with customers to understand their workflows, priorities, and decision-making processes from the inside out Design and deploy tailored workflows and analytical tools using the Pryzm platform to solve real operational problems Translate ambiguous mission requirements into clear product configurations, data integrations, and actionable insights Requirements 2-5 years of experience in a high-impact, customer-facing role, either or already as a Deployment Strategist or Forward Deployed Engineer, or elsewhere, such as within consulting, federal contracting, SaaS implementation, or a hybrid.
• •Demonstrated ability to work directly with operators and decision-makers in government or national security environments Strong analytical instincts: comfortable with data, able to structure complex problems, and fast at learning new tools
