Staff Software Engineer

Lead backend platform services, drive architecture, and mentor engineers.

• •Lead design and build of scalable backend platform services, driving architecture, reliability, and developer experience across teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Own technical roadmap and architecture for platform areas Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems and distributed services Lead multi-team initiatives from concept to launch and drive cross-functional alignment Improve platform developer experience, tooling, and standards Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality across teams Requirements Proven technical leadership and ownership of backend/platform systems Experience with designing scalable, reliable distributed services and APIs Strong execution on multi-team projects and architecture decisions Familiarity with observability, incident response, and operational excellence
