Quote-to-Order Systems Manager

Manage Salesforce CPQ platform and optimize Quote-to-Order processes.

• •Dragos is seeking a Quote-to-Order Systems Manager to own the Salesforce CPQ platform and drive end-to-end Quote-to-Order process excellence.
• •This role involves designing scalable process automation and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve the Salesforce CPQ instance.
• •Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Q2O processes.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve errors in Salesforce or CPQ functionality.
• •Design and implement process automation using Salesforce Flow.
• •Identify and leverage AI/Flow capabilities to enhance quoting accuracy and workflow automation.
• •Requirements 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with CPQ ownership.
• •Salesforce Admin and CPQ Specialist certifications required.
• •Strong business analysis skills and experience gathering requirements.
