- •This position manages construction execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Direct daily civil, structural, and architectural field activities to maintain workflow continuity and meet scope, sequence, and quality expectations.
- •Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely execution.
- •Partner with design engineering teams to review upcoming scopes and provide constructability input.
- •Enforce site safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, perform inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- •Coordinate quality control inspections to verify work conforms to drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of construction and engineering fundamentals.
- •Ability to manage multiple complex subcontractor work packages and make clear decisions using first-principles thinking.
- •Demonstrated exceptional ability through prior projects, completed work, technical accomplishments, or portfolio evidence.
- •Minimum 7 years of experience.
