Group Product Manager, Compliance Automation

Lead product vision and strategy for AI/ML compliance automation systems.

• •Lead the product vision and multi-year strategy for AI/ML-powered systems that automate Coinbase's regulatory obligations, including sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity detection.
• •Strengthen and scale compliance capabilities through intelligent automation.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for Coinbase's Compliance Automation platform.
• •Lead a team of PMs to define and deliver AI/ML-powered capabilities.
• •Drive significant cost optimization through automation opportunities.
• •Partner with Compliance, Legal, Trust & Risk, Engineering, and Data Science.
• •Shape the integration of emerging AI/ML technologies.
• •Requirements 10+ years of product management experience in AI/ML-powered automation or compliance technology.
• •Experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs and managing managers or PM teams.
• •Demonstrated ability to partner with ML engineers on agentic AI architectures.
