- •Senior Product Designer to own design for operationally complex areas, working closely with PMs and engineers in a trio model to shape product and customer outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own domains end-to-end from discovery through shipping and measuring impact.
- •Drive measurable provider outcomes (onboarding, time-to-task, adoption, support reduction).
- •Build customer fluency via shadowing, account calls, and user research.
- •Address design debt and elevate design standards and patterns.
- •Shape roadmap with design-led problem framing.
- •Requirements Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy operational software (scheduling, billing, inventory, payroll).
- •Strong end-to-end ownership across discovery and delivery with PMs and engineers.
- •Customer-driven instincts and experience conducting user research.
- •Craft that simplifies complex workflows and improves usability.
