Supports Directors of Distribution in day-to-day operations.

• •The Distribution Coordinator supports Directors of Distribution in day-to-day operations including line hauls, routing, fleet management, backhaul and safety for direct-by-Misfits operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage daily line haul routing, backhaul completion, and fleet maintenance Coordinate carrier shipments, scheduling, and route optimization Use TMS/Jalapeno systems and analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency Train, coach, and mentor front-line delivery staff and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance Monitor KPIs, resource allocation, and support distribution volume including driving when needed Requirements Previous leadership in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements Experience training others and managing team performance Aptitude for equipment operation (forklifts) and troubleshooting
