• •Key Responsibilities Design and optimize differentiation and tissue engineering protocols Lead day-to-day execution and mentor scientists Synthesize experimental results and communicate progress Collaborate with cross-functional teams Foster a team culture Requirements PhD in Stem Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, or related field Experience with organoid microenvironment manipulation Strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting differentiation trajectories Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills Ability to drive project direction and prioritize based on company goals
