About the role
Lead post-sales revenue operations to scale the Global Revenue Organization.
- •Lead post-sales revenue operations to scale the Global Revenue Organization through AI, automation, and process excellence while managing a high-performing team.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with CS, Sales, Product, and RevOps to build an AI-informed operational roadmap.
- •Manage, mentor, and develop a post-sales operations team to drive performance.
- •Improve processes and data integrity across CS platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce, RocketLane).
- •Lead cross-functional projects and drive change management and adoption.
- •Establish AI/automation strategy, governance, and responsible usage frameworks.
- •Requirements 5+ years in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or similar SaaS operational roles.
- •Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce and automation workflows (e.g., Salesforce flows, Zapier/Workato).
- •Proven people management, coaching, and change management skills.
- •Ability to define/enforce data standards and work with AI-assisted analytics.
