Lead post-sales revenue operations to scale the Global Revenue Organization.

  • Lead post-sales revenue operations to scale the Global Revenue Organization through AI, automation, and process excellence while managing a high-performing team.
  • Key Responsibilities Partner with CS, Sales, Product, and RevOps to build an AI-informed operational roadmap.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a post-sales operations team to drive performance.
  • Improve processes and data integrity across CS platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce, RocketLane).
  • Lead cross-functional projects and drive change management and adoption.
  • Establish AI/automation strategy, governance, and responsible usage frameworks.
  • Requirements 5+ years in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or similar SaaS operational roles.
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce and automation workflows (e.g., Salesforce flows, Zapier/Workato).
  • Proven people management, coaching, and change management skills.
  • Ability to define/enforce data standards and work with AI-assisted analytics.
